How do you manage to keep motivated? To not been overwhelmed and avoid the burnout? How do you resist the pressure of Life, especially at a time when economic recession is looming and problems are apparently piling on? Over the years, while I’ve clearly developed a habit to find a satisfactory response to these questions, I have also come to realise that it is a constant battle that we have to win it almost on a daily basis. If that is the case what is the attitude, the technique that could allow us to keep the momentum?

As I’m writing this blogpost, I must admit that the last two weeks have been pretty intense. On top of dealing with end of year challenges with the business and keep pushing to achieve our objectives, I have also had to deal with a couple of stressful family situations, one of which is the serious illness of one of my close relatives. At times like that, you sometimes ask yourself whether you’ll be able to cope, and you may have some doubts. Does it sound familiar such a situation?
So how do you handle it on a daily basis? I’m actually keen to learn and see whatelse could be done. On my side it is very clear what I should do.
Here comes the first point.
·????????The Power of State Management
Whatever the situation is, I firmly and strongly believe that your first step should always be managing your state. You need and you want to keep sane. It is a quasi impossible to find your solution or a solution when your mind is clouded and when you lose your ability to think. Doing otherwise would certainly not improve the situation, rather the opposite. It will make it worse. I had to remind to it to myself these last few days as I’m navigating through the challenges and I’m very glad I discover how to do it which is usually the question we would all ask ourselves: Yes I know I should not overwhelmed psychologically but how do I do it?
? Here comes the second point.

·????????The Power of Focus
I’ve learned it from all the gurus that you see in the space. From the Tony Robbins, to Dean Graziosi, to Grant Cardone etc. Whatever you focus on, you get more of. So if you focus more on the problem, the issue, the challenge, then you’ll get more of it and that could amplify. We can all agree this is far from ideal correct? On the opposite, if you are putting your mind in identifying solutions then guess what? This is ?what you are going to get more of. Sound easy right? Maybe too easy to be true for some but it works. I have been religiously practicing it for many years and I could attest to the effectiveness of the method.
I could then see the next question coming. If this is the magic trick how do I focus then?
Here comes the third point.
·????????The Power of Asking the Right Questions
To get the right answers, the good old trick is to ask the right questions. The right questions will lead you to look towards the right direction and hence allow you to see the right solution. Once again it is as easy as that but the key thing is not to only know it but to actually do it. Instead of asking yourself a question like: Why is this problem always falling on me? You could switch for this version instead: How can I find a way to solve it once for good and be proud of myself? Another example could be: Why am I always having all these debts? We could change it to: What do I need to learn to pull myself out of this situation once for all?
You get it? By adopting this positive and inquisitive attitude instead, you’ll be putting yourself in a much more powerful state to get a grip to the situation.
Do it over a period of time and see for yourself the difference it would make. Do reach out to me either below in comments or send me a DM me to share your experience. As I said, I have been using and still using this technique works well for me. ?However, I’m willing to learn more from you too.
