3 TIPS FOR BECOMING YOUR BEST VERSION
In the sea of social networking sites, here you are, on LinkedIn, It shows that you want to be the best possible version of yourself. So, rather than all the chit-chat, let's just get to the topic, shall we? Here are three aspects that I consider to have quite a huge impact on developing your profession and overall identity for the better.
1: Follow a Purpose over Passion
I know it's pretty controversial to say anything like this, but now all we believe could bring happiness and help us build our business/career is if we choose our passion, concentrate solely on it, and integrate it into our lives. However, in the real world, no matter what your passion is, the majority of individuals quit up when they reach a snag while chasing it. As the daughter of an accomplished psychologist, I learned through my father that when we engage with a purpose in mind and figure out how to provide services and assistance to others, we establish a motivating attitude that keeps us going forward since people are relying on us for our services. It's pretty obvious if you look at it as when you bring value to others you eventually become more valuable.
2: Embrace your failures
Nobody wants to fail, yet success means nothing unless we face and overcome our shortcomings. Fear of failure is frequent among people who strive to become the best versions of themselves. According to studies, nearly 75% of entrepreneurial endeavors fail within 10 years. Is that to say you should just quit? Quite the reverse. The most successful individuals are the ones who face their fears and learn to cope with them and around them. So brace yourself to face your fears and hurdles eventually you will get over them.

3: Motivation isn't enough
Though first skeptical, the reality of our existence is comprised of two kinds of individuals: those who rise and those who abandon. But what exactly does that mean? in what ways does it relate to the motivation?
I heard a statement the other day that goes something like this: "Growth is hard, failure is awful, but nothing is more terrible than staying caught in the same rut for the entirety of your life." Our momentum defines our lives, growth defines our life. But how does it connect to motivation? You may ask. Everyone's life has ups and downs; one day you may reach the stars, while the next you may not even be able to walk on your two feet. the decision of staying put and keep on grinding is how motivation relates to our lives.?Many experts believe that our lives are about trials and hardships. But how can such a wonderful existence be about pain, you may ask? It's not.
Life isn't about what deck of cards you get; it's about how you work with those cards to make your life meaningful. And this is when motivation comes into play. One's desire to achieve something in life, to leave a legacy rather than just a vision, but having dreams and desires is just not enough, one must put them into action, but the path is hard, people say. That's where motivation comes in when you know the road is tough, the path is uncharted and will hold struggles, but you keep going because the fire in your heart burns so brightly that no matter the darkness the path appears clear as a summer sky.
Motivation is vital for becoming who you desire to be, and achieving what you aim for. Add a dash of discipline, a pinch of patience, and a cup of hard work, and mix it well with consistency. There you have it, the recipe for success.
Begin with these three, and you will ultimately discover more things that may be done to help you become the best representation of yourself.
