1 年When in a state of panic or uncertainty, it can be so difficult to step out of the light ('at least I can see") and into the dark "what's waiting for me in there?"). Your solutions are simple and effective ("allow my eyes time to adjust to the dark"). Really insightful post!

1 年Another gem Vanessa. I've heard that parable before, but this is a great application of it, and very true. We stick with what we are familiar with, even if it means low rates of success. Doing what the herd does might be comforting, but often not in our best interest.
