3 Things You Need to Know About Boundaries AND What To Do If They are Not Respected.

Ok - firstly I admit I've let this Linkedin Newsletter slip. Whoopsies. Apologies. I hold my hands up and accept I've been lame sending this out on a 'monthly' basis. The intention is to be a bit more reliable in getting these bad boys out more frequently.

Anyway, in today's article, I talk about boundaries and include many of the questions I get. For example.....

"How do I hold boundaries?"

"What do I do if they aren't respected?"

This little video answers both those questions and more.

I hope you like it - enjoy!!!!

By the way don't forget - if you like this type of content then get involved in my Kick-Ass December Turbo Course starting next week. This is designed to help people become a much more impactful communicator and helps with situations people normally don't know what to say or do.

I only run a Kick-Ass Turbo Course once a year at an absolute steal of a price - so grab a bargain whilst ya can. Message me if you want to know more. :)

If not - no worries I hope you enjoy this little vid in the meantime and have a belting day. :)

I think this is a great summary and is an issue seen across all levels in a business. Not surprisingly more junior people seem to struggle establishing boundaries with more senior colleagues. Your framework is a good tool to help overcome this. Thank you
