3 Things Successful People Are Doing Right Now

A recent group facilitation session left me feeling inspired by their hard?work and results.

Practical applications work and they are using them. Here are three practical applications that rose to the top during our time together.

1. Teaching, Not Telling:?

Successful leaders are taking the time to educate their teams, leaders, and individuals on how to do tasks and why they matter. Teaching the "why" behind tasks cultivates understanding and helps avoid the pitfalls of merely following tradition without understanding its relevance.

2. Intentional Collaboration and Communication:?

It's not just about having routine staff meetings but actively connecting with other managers and teams. By fostering intentional collaboration, leaders break down silos, share best practices, and create a more efficient and collaborative working environment.

3. Setting Clear Expectations and Accountability:

Leaders need to communicate evolving expectations. Accountability becomes a game-changer when it's respectful and consistent. This involves articulating expectations, providing clarity, and holding individuals accountable, both for themselves and others.
