With a Research & Development laboratory in Monaco, we are distributors, producers, and creators of our formulas inspired by Nature, thought for beauty salons and selective distribution. Our distribution network has always been a priority for the brand, now counting nearly 20 distribution countries. While we launch less new products than other brands, we create them entirely, which takes two to three years to bring to market. This allows us to control our value chain.
2) Accessibility and Availability
The human size of the company enables close proximity to the clients. Our goal is to assist them in their profession. We are highly responsive and easily reachable for any product, order, or other inquiries. Within our team, a role is to support them, providing advice, best practices, and product information over the phone in a caring manner, fostering a strong bond between the brand and its clients. Orders are shipped within 48 hours, with no account opening fees or minimum purchase requirements, which has always been the case. This flexibility appeals to home-based estheticians as well. The customizable and personalized Floral'Essence kit, a facial treatment pack, has been particularly attractive to them. This kit, comprising active complexes to mix with a neutral base according to the skin diagnosis, allows them to offer a complete custom treatment without overstocking. We aim to expand beyond the PACA region by recruiting sales representatives who share our values, and possibly into spas, where manual techniques are becoming popular again.

We have always supported our network through various actions:
Our clients can visit the factory and meet the R&D team in Monaco. They can be trained in He?liabrine treatments in Nice, at the E?le?gance Acade?mies, with which we have a partnership. This collaboration ensures that our protocols are in line with the latest teaching programs. We currently have around ten protocols, including essential and more technical ones for all skin types.
Product resale support is crucial. One of our training modules focuses on making every practitioner an excellent salesperson, benefiting everyone. Our redesigned, more attractive packaging can assist in this. It's up to the brand to provide the means for their success. We also offer marketing and sales resources such as photos, videos, and other ready-to-use materials. The goal? To work with and sell He?liabrine, with the added benefit of a free resale product for every six purchased, to be used as testers or for customer loyalty.
