Today I wanted to share some fantastic and super tasty recipes with you.

A high protein breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe with their calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) all pre-calculated to make life easy and so you know exactly what you’re eating.

Highly important if your goal is weightoss.

These are another small taster (scuse the pun) of what you can find inside The MAX Experience.

Infact these were the exact recipes I shared with my MAX Members today because Thursday are always #FoodieThursday.
