3 Surefire Ways to Get Quick Wins on Any Project or Job

Starting a new project or joining a new firm can be challenging. But as someone who turns over opportunities quickly, here is an exclusive glimpse into my streamlined playbook for quick wins in any opportunity.

  1. Create a problem or solve one – no one notices the individual who joins the status quo. When I join any project or firm, my first mission is to identify a problem or solution. This could be as simple as a process gap or as complex as why they are identifying why they are losing money on a product line.

2. Credibility is king: One of the biggest wins you can get as a newcomer is your credibility. I never joke with it. I don't impose my suggestions unless I fully understand the implications. I learn very fast, and I only speak to what I know. I ask questions, and I make sure I am grateful and give credit to my supporters.

3. Respect the experience of everyone you meet - I learnt this the hard way. Always know that you are not the only one that has worked in 1,000 places or in some amazing best practice organisation, and if you find yourself in a place where you seem more experienced than everyone, be humble and give people time to catch up to your level.?

My book, "Enter, Perform, Exit [EPE Principle]: Understanding The Opportunity Cycle", is available in Nigeria with nationwide delivery at Roving Heights and globally on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and everywhere books are sold. You can click -> https://linktr.ee/azeezamida to own your copy.
