1- Reduce your portion size, seriously just decrease the portion even by 10% and you'll notice a difference in weight wise, but probably not in hunger.
2- Stop/reduce drinking calories, seriously its so easy to rack up calories through drinks, every coffee with a sugar and bit of milk, the orange juices, the smoothies, all contain calories, just because you drank it doesn't mean they don't count.
3- dressings seriously how much dressing are you putting on? I used to be terrible at this, mayo by the bucket load until i started tracking the calories i'd rack up with that BBQ sauces, dressings when cooking, CHEEKY TIP- use herbs and seasoning to get a variety of flavour with much fewer calories in it.
Honestly try these 3 things and nothing else and i'm confident you'll notice a change in the way your weight is going. You don't have to complicate things if you don't want to, and this couldn't be more simple-
