3 Story Framework

Many UX designers apply to 200-300 jobs without a strong foundation in their story, which often yields counterproductive outcomes.
Here are a few tips you could follow to reduce effort and have a high impact. This is an approach I use during my coaching calls, which I call the 3-story framework.I challenge my mentees to write three versions of their own story.
The story outline usually consists of these questions:
1. Who are they?
2. What do they do?
3. What are their core strengths?
4. Which of their skills are aligned with the current market need?
5. Why do they do what they do?
This is a painful part of the process, but once you gain clarity on your story, your portfolio, resume, and interview presentation will all fall into place.
It's not that you need an influential personal brand, just be true to your story.
