The 3 steps to start exercising

The first step to Success is to make a Decision. So, have you decided to be Stronger, Healthier, Happier? Change your life for the better. Set your goals, excel yourself. Make yourself happier and proud. Yes, HAPPY. Forget the long hours of sacrifice, life is too short to waste it on pain. I am not saying it will be easy. At least not for the first month!
Then you start doing some exercise, finally you are moving around and around, more than usual! And you feel HAPPY! You will experience different feelings, and your body will slowly start to adapt to exercise. Usually, you will put on some extra weight during the first month, as your muscles will start building up. So if you are trying to lose weight, don’t panic, that is normal!! But you can feel some muscle already and you begin to look at the mirror with more confidence. So, you smile!! After this period, your body begins to spend more calories per day, you will finally burn fat more easily, as your metabolism increased as a result of your muscular system growth. And you are HAPPY! Stronger!!
Finally, you will reach the final step, the one that you want to take on to the rest of your life. This is the step when you miss exercise if you fail a session. It is the step when you laugh when exercising and feel proud of all the hard work you’ve done so far. You might even start to wonder “why haven’t I started this journey earlier?”. And you feel HAPPIER than ever! At this stage, feel free to try new things, do not get stick to the same programme. You will have the world to discover, put your trainers on and go!!
