Whenever I didn’t get the outcome I wanted to something, I would always spend time to reflect and replay it in my head, walk through other ways I could have approach it and it was a massive part of my growth and success in my career.

Once you have identified any areas that need improvement, start taking action! Invest time into honing skills, building confidence, creating an action plan.? You may need to? take a course or classes, work with a coach build your mindset and confidence. This will help when opportunities arise to put yourself forward and not let fear hold you back! The more confident you become in yourself and your abilities, the more likely it is that things will start falling into place for you professionally.??
