June marked the official start of the rainy season in Krabi.

As a result, there are fewer tourists than usual,

prices have slightly dropped,

and Martin finds himself taking approximately four showers a day.????

However, it's not all that bad – at least not yet.

A typical day consists of a cycle of rain, sun, rain, sun, rain, and back to sun, all within a span of 24 hours.

It can be a bit bewildering, to say the least.

But you know what remains constant? Me going for my daily walks, shirtless, regardless of whether it's sunny or rainy.

Speaking of my daily walks, you wouldn't believe the incredible creatures I come across!??

Out in the wilds of Thailand (actually right in front of the house), I encounter a fascinating array of animals.

From gentle buffalos and clucking chickens to intricate spiders, slithering snakes, and lively squirrels.

And believe it or not, there are even occasional sightings of crabs, cows, pigeons, and sometimes?dragons!

It's truly a wild experience, both figuratively and literally.


CLIENT OF THE WEEK

Allow me to introduce you to Toni, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of an international human resources consulting firm.

I've had the pleasure of working with him for over a year, and I must say, his level of discipline is truly remarkable.

Despite his busy schedule, Toni consistently manages to prioritize his workouts, week after week.

HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS?RIGHT NOW

The primary objective of this newsletter is to assist you in getting in shape and becoming the best version of yourself.

As a practical and goal-oriented individual, I aim to provide easily digestible and actionable advice.

Today, I want to share three essential questions that you can ask yourself to?immediately?improve your?fitness?and?health.

If not, I urge you to pause reading and grab a bottle of water from the nearest source. Hydration is crucial for your overall health, so make sure you have water readily available. Drink plenty of it throughout the day!

2. If I checked your calendar right now, would I see your workouts scheduled?

If not, you're setting yourself up for potential failure. It is vital to prioritize and plan your workouts. Even if you exercise at the same time every day, mark it in your calendar to ensure commitment and consistency.

3. Do you already know what you will have for breakfast tomorrow morning?

Remember, the choices you make?require willpower, and we want to drain in in the morning already. You definitely want to plan your breakfast ahead of time. Some suggestions include eggs with pineapple (my personal favorite??), a Caramel Macchiato from Chiefs , or?overnight oats.
