What do you do before each new month?
How do you prepare yourself for the new month?

Looking right here, every new month is a collection of new days. And people say, each new day is your opportunity to try new things or do things differently. And I literally agree with this.
?
So what will you be doing differently this month?
?
You might have some things at hand to accomplish, some results you want to get. How would you get it all?
?
I believe to make the most of every new month, you should have a plan.
?
It mustn’t necessarily be a new plan but you can as well modify your old plans to fit into the picture you visualize.
?
So I shared below some key ideas that can help stay happy and productive throughout the new month.
Accomplishing and bagging those results as well as focusing on things that matter.
I hope you find the ideas I will be listing out helpful like I do.

3 STEPS TO GETTING YOUR DESIRED RESULTS
?Knowing what you want:
This is the first step to getting your results. Ask yourself certain questions to help you
First, what do I want to achieve this year?
What do I do to get closer to my yearly goal or the goal for the first quarter of the year?
How do I also build my communication skills?
Are there available resources that I can access to help me?
When you know what you want, it will be easier to know what to do, how to plan yourself, tasks to get involved in, etc
This is where you make a list of what you want to accomplish.
You can as well carry over goals that weren’t achieved in the previous month.
Find out why it wasn’t accomplished and what to do to make it work.
As you are making a list, ensure you don’t go above 5 big goals for the month.
This is to help you focus on things that matter
Break them down into personal goals and work projects.
Then go ahead to still break them into doable chunks as it increases the possibility of working and completing them.

?Stay focused:
From finding out what you want to do, the best gift to yourself at this moment is to Stay focused.

From the moment of breaking down those goals to working on them, there could be challenges that might come along that you might not be able to control from happening

But losing focus can undermine your efforts.

All you got to do is find ways to overcome that distraction with your goal in mind.
?
For example, if staying with a group of people brings distraction or raving toxicity, then leave that environment to a place where you can be sane to concentrate.

?Evaluate yourself:
This is a very crucial point here. Reviewing your previous month will help you find out what worked out and what didn’t.
?
Most people jump into the new month without looking back to review what didn’t work out in the previous month, learn, and reinforce habits that worked out for them.
?
Evaluating will help you quit habits that had a negative impact on you, and starting new habits to improve yourself and your productivity level, and replicate what worked well too
For example, I set a time for when I share content on my social media pages and it has worked for me.
So that is a habit to replicate.
Now, one bonus tip idea I have for you is…
?Celebrate your wins:
As you try to get yourself ready for what the new month holds, filling in your to-do lists, creating and organizing your weekly plans, and clearing out the desk of the previous month, don’t forget to celebrate yourself.
?
However, sorting out your goals, and arranging out what to do weekly will help you stay consistent knowing you have several things to do.
?
It also has a psychological impact and gives you the sense and feeling that you have achieved something each new day.
You can print out whatever you have achieved and place it where it will be visible to you.
You can as well gift yourself something at the end of the month if you were able to get all the results you wanted.
?
In summary, starting the new month with the tendency to achieve more with a different kind of energy and effort will help you get the results you want.
??Figure out what you need to get you closer to your quarterly or yearly goals depending on what works for you each month,
?? find ways to stay focused,
???review the previous month to know habits to drop and which to reinforce,
??Celebrate your little wins always
