When they ask for help, offer them as much support as you can while providing them with the appropriate opportunities at the right time. All these aspects help team members feel stable in the organization which will in turn result in them giving their best.
- Hope: There will be times of adversity. There will failures. This is where you need to direct, guide and motivate your team so they can handle the obstacles and move ahead. Inculcate a positive mindset in your team which can help them tackle adversities effectively while keeping in mind the final target and goals which are to be achieved.
