We’re almost finished with the second month of 2025—have you found yourself postponing decisions that could change the course of your life or business?
If we’re honest, making decisions can feel overwhelming. They don’t always have to be big ones either. Maybe you’ve been debating whether to:
But then… nothing happens. You get so caught up in trying to make the right decision that you end up making no decision at all. Some call this analysis paralysis: It’s when your desire to be “right” stops you in your tracks.
For so many of you—brand-new coaches, entrepreneurs, and leaders—this fear of imperfection leads to INACTION. ?If this is you… I want to share something with you that I heard at a conference that really struck me. The idea was this: Stop trying to make the right decision, and instead, start trying to make your decision right.
Take Action in 3 Simple Steps
If you’ve been stuck in indecision, here’s a practical way to break free and move forward.
#1 Choose
First, make a choice. Don’t overthink it. Listen to your gut, pray about it, and choose the option that feels right for where you are now. It’s important to stop cycling through endless possibilities. Whether it’s picking a social media platform, defining your audience, or deciding what offer to launch first, the most powerful step you can take is saying, “This is the one.” Remember, action starts with a decision.
#2 Commit
Once you’ve chosen, commit fully. Put your energy, time, and focus into making this decision work for you. If you decide to focus on Facebook, learn everything you can about it and master using it for your business. If you commit to working with a specific niche, do your best to serve that group deeply. Taking consistent, focused action brings momentum, and that momentum is what will move your business forward.
#3 Adjust
Finally, stay open to feedback from your experiences and from God. Adjust as needed, recognizing that no decision is permanent. If it turns out your choice isn’t the best fit, learn from it and pivot when the time is right. But give your initial decision a real chance first. Growth happens as you move forward, not while you stay stuck at the starting line.
You’re not called to a life of indecision. You’re called to create, act, and grow. Take this 3-step approach as your reminder to make B?LD moves, trust the process, and believe in the path God is guiding you on.
