3-Step System Sheds 20-50 LBS

You’ve probably heard “abs are made in the kitchen”,

But most guys never see their abs…

Why?

Because the diets their diets aren’t optimized, for muscle growth and fat loss at the same time.

The trick is to design your diet to include all essential amino acids.

Amino Acids are the fuel for your muscle-toned body.

Starving yourself isn’t the answer either.

Your mind and body need energy to perform and grow while maintaining a fat-loss zone and training.

Which doesn’t build muscle.

Yet they want wider shoulders, toned arms and pecs and a strong back…

The only way to achieve that is to grow your Fast-Twitch Muscle Fibres.

(Which cardio cannot do– Think of endurance runners' physiques, they're super fit, and slim but some would say "looking too skinny").

Fast Twitch Fibres are denser and larger muscle fibres, which create the shape and V taper us men want.

How?

3 workouts a week.

The key is to ‘stimulate’ strength and muscle growth and then recover properly, so you actually increase muscle and strength.

The goal is NOT to annihilate your whole body, feel burnt out, stressed, sleep poorly and struggle to maintain excessive workouts.
