3 Step Process to "Positive Intention"
HOW TO CREATE POSITIVE INTENTION
Learn how to turn your own failures into successes. You can unleash a tremendous amount of energy and positive devotion by delving into the positive aim that lies underneath a negative habit or attitude and finding what it is.
Step 1: Clarify the issue.
Briefly describe the issue in sufficient detail so that it is understood in your mind. A scenario, a personal issue, or a challenge may be the main factor. Focus on defining inefficient behaviour. Get to the bottom of why the behaviour is ineffective.
Step #2. Outline the underlying motivations
Spend some time unwinding, inhaling deeply, and lying down. Go inside now. Think about your mind as having unique internal messengers. Let's call these "parts" for now. These are parts of your personality that have defining tendencies or routine actions. Locate the component that is causing the undesirable behaviour. Bring this part to consciousness as if it were a full personality. Keep in mind that every component is a part of you. It is a group of coordinated motions.

A part resembles a tiny personality that lives inside of you. You can't work against yourself if you want to be successful and in alignment. It's necessary to negotiate or put your parts to work. Imagine being able to play a role-playing game with this section Using the negative, ask the part what it intended to be, do, or become attitude or mannerisms. What kind of worth or advantage this would have? Spend time asking, "What did you want me to achieve by doing this?" Allow yourself as much time as necessary to visualize and hear the part's reactions.
Step #3. Get down to the fundamental reasons.
Continue to ask "why" and "what" questions to better understand the motivations. Reuse each of them, and transform your response into a new question. Carry on in this manner until you feel as though you have reached the fundamental reasons. You need to determine a core belief in addition to the core value and the fundamental reasons behind the behaviours or attitudes that, at first glance, appear to be unsupportive of you. "If you can change your mind, you can change your life. What you believe creates the actual fact.
"The greatest revolution of my generation is to discover that individuals, by changing their inner attitudes of mind, can change outer aspects of their lives."
- William James
