I know what it feels like to have nothing, constantly stress and worry about your financials, and live in fear and scarcity.

When I started my first business at 26, I took on credit card debt to finance it, and had $0 in my savings account.

Step 1: Change your mindset.

Broke is a temporary situation.

POOR is a mindset. When I was broke, I worked hard with personal development (books, YouTube videos, Podcasts) to indoctrinate and change my mindset about money.

You'll never change your financial situation or grow your business/income if you walk around with a poverty mindset.

Step 2: Skills pay the bills.

Once you change your mindset you need to work on your skillset.

Repeat after me...YOU CAN'T SAVE YOUR WAY TO WEALTH AND FREEDOM. You need to INCREASE your INCOME. And the only way to do that is to increase your skillset.

Even if you have a full time job...A job is not designed to create wealth for you and your family....You need to develop HIGH INCOME skills (anything that can make your $10k/more per month)

High INCOME skills include:

Sales.

Coaching and consutling.

Marketing / social media content.

Photography / videography.

Once you are making $10k/mo you can move to the next level.

Step 3: HIGH ROI investments.

Skills pay the bills.

Investments build your net-worth and earn your freedom.

Once you are making over $10k/month...you can easily save a significant amount of money and begin investing in a high ROI vehicle like real estate.

My real estate investments constantly produce over a 10%/year return...and I have several small apartment buildings producing an INFINITE ROI (as I've refinanced all of my capital out of the deal.)
