There is never a downside to upgrading your relationship with money... and there's never a better time than now to do so.
And yet it can be tough to do - but it's something I really encourage in the women I coach and mentor, particularly at this time of year - because of a simple truism that changes the game for us all
"How you end this year is how you'll start next year"
So for today's #SaturdayServing - I'm sharing 5 small signs that tell you that you need to get your relationship with money in order....and powerful insights about how to do so as soon as possible.
Sign 1 - You feel icky about sales
Sales are what brings cash into a business and so is any successful business' lifeblood and one of the key focus points. And so with all that said, it continues to boggle my brain that women in business feel icky about sales.
What??
When sales are one of the most giving and generous things that you can give to those you serve (provided your offer has real value)...
At first, it used to confuse me, but it's not the sales they have a problem with - it's the money. Because they would have no problem to give their products away - it's the request for the money in return...
And it's the meaning that's been given to money that's causing these icky feelings - and until you resolve it, it will always cause your business to be on life-support!
Sign 2 - Raising your prices fills you with dread and fear...
I cannot tell you how many women that I've spoken to, who literally get into a panic at the idea of raising their prices...
The fear of losing customers, or being considered mean, 'rude' or that 'they've 'changed' is too much to bear.
So they would rather do far too much work for far too little pay - than to face the meaning that they're ascribing to their gifts, skills and time, and charge appropriately for it.
I recently ran a poll - and found so many people with prices too low, felt that they would struggle to raise them...
It's also why they give so much away for free...
And given that they don't have any problem with giving the product away - we must conclude that it's once again the issue around the money that thwarts them, rather than that of their product or service.

Sign 3 - You struggle to truly invest in yourself
This is a powerful telltale sign that there's a problem with your money stories...
You can spend money on others... but struggle to spend money on yourself
And when you do it's on 'interesting choices' that are validated by others - but rarely ever things that are a true investment for you.
I see so many so quick to invest in the latest gadgets to search for free solutions, and yet will not pay good cash for the solution itself
And it's testament to the fact that we've got our money stories outta whack and they need to be refocused.
But given that the very best ROI available is when you invest in yourself, you're allowing your money problems to rob you of the very best returns on your investments, and totally change the trajectory of your available results.
It will not be until you cultivate a self-image of being worthy of investing in, and capable of getting incredible ROI's from those investments, you will always miss out on what your money could bring you - and will take roads far tougher than they need to be.
These powerful signs show that you need to resolve challenges that you have with money - and this months Masterclass will help you to do exactly that.
