Hack #1: J.I.T.L. Which is the acronym for “Just In Time Learning”. It’s quite well-known information that an average CEO reads 52 books in a year, averaged one per week.

And so, many entrepreneurs follow that route while making 2 HUGE mistakes. First, they read and learn things that they don’t need right now and may not ever will need it.

And the other mistake is they are gaining knowledge but not implementing it. It’s a much more competent and productive approach to read fewer books…

…read the one that you need right now and actually implement it after finishing the book, and before starting the next one.

Hack #2: How To Learn Super Fast. Even if you fit reading fewer books into your busy schedule, you’ll love reading and learning them quicker.

Besides the obvious benefit that it will take less of your time, you’ll also be able to start implementing that knowledge sooner, which will start bringing the results earlier for you.

Here’s the simple 4-step process to gain knowledge efficiently: Step 1: Get the physical book AND the audiobook as well.

Step 2: Play the audio on 2-4x speed, and follow along in the physical book with your eyes. Choose the speed based on how fast your eyes and mind can follow the content.

Step 3: When you find things that can help to grow your business, pause the audio, and highlight that part.

Step 4: After finishing the book, go back, and implement the highlighted parts, which will deepen your knowledge even further besides the business progress you’ll make.

Either you’re a slow or a fast reader, this can not only make you quicker to finish a book, it’ll also help you to retain the knowledge more efficiently.

And this leads us to hack #3: Avoid This Efficiency Killer Mistake. Just imagine this. As an organised entrepreneur, in the morning, you plan your day and write a to-do list.

You put the high priority ones at the top of the list. And there’s this one item there, you know it’s important, you even want to do it, but other activities seem to be more urgent.

So that one specific item ends up in the middle of the list or around the end. And then, the busy day starts and flies away so fast, you don’t even realize till it’s late.

You run out of time, and that one specific important task on your list gets pushed to the next day. And the next day, the same thing happens, and the next day too.

Finally, days or weeks later, you get there to do that one specific important activity. You do a little bit, but something seemingly more important calls you away.

And that one specific important task gets delayed again, and again, and again. Does this sound familiar? Can you see how this mistake kills efficiency?

If your BIG goal is to scale up your marketing and grow your business, then make it your no. 1 priority. Make it the part of your morning routine, the first business activity, at least 30 minutes a day.

When you’re learning, focus on that, no emails, no calls, just reading and learning in that time.

And when you’re in the implementation phase, make that your focused priority, the first business activity of the day, at least half an hour.

Even if the rest of your day is crazy busy, this way, day by day, step by step, you and your business are consistently making progress towards your BIG goal.
