3 Simple ways to be Happier in today's world!!


I have been reading a lot last year on “Self-Help OR DIY Happiness”, I found three simple concepts to practice daily, the order is in an increasing difficulty of adoption. :-)

Self-care is the most important Vitamin.

  • Smiling or talking to oneself is the meditation.
  • Adding dedicated time to Self-care (For ex: Some people just help others as part of Self-care, it helps them de-stress)
  • You are precious, Strictly do not compare!! (Find Happiness in wishing your neighbor a Happy ride in his new Rubicon :-)

Keep the weeds away. (Weeds refer to people & habits in one’s life that eat a part of one’s happiness)

  • Do away with the weed once you are definite that its feeding upon your happiness.
  • It opens-up opportunity for better people & habits to enter in our life.

Not to hold a strong opinion on all the subjects around the world (Taking a stand on your values is completely different though)

  • This helps in avoiding unnecessary arguments even inside one’s subconscious mind.
  • It keeps the mind fresh & open to criticism/opinions/Ideas.
