?
1. Encourage Regular Breaks
In our fast-paced work environments, it's easy to forget the importance of breaks. Encourage your employees to step away from their desks periodically. Even short breaks can rejuvenate their minds and improve productivity. Consider creating a designated break area or implementing a "walk-and-talk" meeting policy to keep things fresh.
??
2. Promote Mental Health Awareness
Mental well-being is as crucial as physical health. Foster a stigma-free workplace where employees feel comfortable discussing their mental health concerns. Offer resources like employee assistance programs (EAPs) or mental health workshops to provide necessary support.

New UAE Employee Benefits System
The UAE Cabinet approved an alternative end-of-service benefits system for private sector employees, including free zones. This system establishes a savings and investment fund supervised by the Securities and Commodities Authority and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. It allows employees to invest and save their end-of-service gratuities in various investment options to safeguard their savings. Government sector employees can also participate.
