3 Simple Things About Health

I often speak to groups about health, wellness and nutrition. Today it's a church group of moms and one dad with babies and toddlers. I'll focus on 3 simple things.

  1. What should I eat and what should I feed my kids? Protein, carbohydrates, fats and metabolism. What's insulin? Why is sugar so bad?
  2. Inflammation: What causes inflammation and why is this important to my health? What's leaky gut?
  3. Detoxification and Dirty Genes: How to I support my body's ability to remove toxins and how do I keep them out of my body in the first place?
