3 Simple Steps to Reclaim Your Energy and Health, Even with a Busy Life!

Feeling tired even though you got 8 hours of sleep last night? Does your whole body feel tight and achy most days but you're not sure why? If you don’t do something about it now, you know it's going to get worse right? Let me guess, you don't “have time” to look after yourself, you work full time, you have a family, and you have so many other things keeping you busy.
You may even feel selfish sometimes when you do take time for yourself because you know you have got “so much to do” I get it, I used to say all these things to myself too. But you know this is not true. We always seem to have time to scroll social media or/and binge Netflix, funny that!
Here are three things you can start doing TODAY to start moving your health in the right direction even if you have “no time” 1) Drink more water I have more than 3 litres of water per day. If that seems like a lot to you I bet you are also sluggish in the afternoons and get headaches. The reason this happens is because our body is over 60% water and to keep everything functioning it must be hydrated. If you’re only getting 1-2L water per day and you're running around all day, you are more than likely dehydrated! So do yourself a favour and get more H20 into you
2) Eat less shit food Are you always grabbing whatever looks easy to throw in the oven in the shop for lunch and dinner but still feeling hungry after?
This is because you need to focus on getting real nutrient-dense foods into your body, not high-fat and sugary foods. Focus on getting more lean protein like meat, fish, or lentils and follow that up with more fruit and vegetables.

If you eat more like this you will find you will feel less hungry and so won’t be craving those shitty processed snacks you love to have every evening. 3) Move your body I don’t care if you say you only have 15 minutes per day to get a workout in or get outside for a walk, that is more than enough.
Stay consistent with taking time to workout, walk, or do any healthy activity that you enjoy and you will see results in no time. The hardest part is getting started, once you do that it's easy.
So there you have it, 3 ways that you can start making a difference in your own health without using up too much of your time. Remember by not taking care of yourself, you are not showing up as the best person you can be to others and that is selfish.
