My outlook changed in 2008.

During 2008 - 2022, I have seen an upward graph during which I saw my income growing 3X (2008- 2014), and in a consistently upward graph.

I have trained 18,000 professionals by now.

Along with them I have impacted 1 Cr lives directly or indirectly.

In 2017, I was offered double my salary as I joined the organization I am working with right now.

By 2018, I started consulting more than 3 organizations in the development space.

Two of these organizations, have appointed me as the Independent Director in their Board in 2022.

In 2020, I was trained as a digital coach.

Later that year, I was trained as a digital service provider, with FB Ad campaign, Copy writing, building Landing pages with ClickFunnels, Email marketing using Active Campaign and Get Response, amongst others..

I have been appointed as the President of Odisha Coaching Council by the Women wing of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry(WICCI) in 2022.

I am now the Vice President, Special Projects engaged in Fund raising and Strategic Implementation in the present organization since January 2022.

Who do I serve?

I serve, the Working Professionals, as I have already mentioned, aged 29-45 years of age. I make an exception if people already have 5 years of work experience even if they are 27-28.

I chose this age category because the same people who join the work with lot of enthusiasm, somehow get bored and distracted by the workplace situation vis-a-vis the growth up the leadership ladder.

As I grew up as a professional, I learnt over time that the first 6 years of one’s career is to learn how to deal various issues at the workplace, more than the actual work.

People are impatient!!

They place importance in confronting the boss, rather than creating cordiality, with frivolous issues.

The jump jobs, with salary raises, rather than learning anything solid.

According to Industry data, it takes 3-5 years for senior people (work experience of 5+ years) to switch jobs. All that time they remain PASSIVE PERFORMERS.

Those who can’t change jobs easily, continue with 20% or so productivity level, eliminating any possibility to make work exciting; and grumble at everything.

You will have an opportunity to stay positive under the most stressful life situations, because I have been through similar situations in life already!

I was not cribbing anymore

I was undergoing change.

Life was becoming peaceful.

A turbulent personal life was becoming calm.

Just because I was becoming calmer at work.

90% of people travelling via train and bus, crib about their workplace, colleagues and boss or spouse.

I used to be doing the same, till 2008.

I used to be angry and reactive. Bad tempered!!

Apart from being irritating, my self talk was about being ready to attack, any time somebody said something I did not approve.

I was PROBLEM- FOCUSSED

Wasting lot of energy in BEING COMBATIVE!!

I didnt have the win all the time.

There were people who had smarter and chilling replies also.

Which further affected the peace of mind.

WASTAGE of time and energy, as it satisfied my ego.

I worked with several organizations during 2002 to 2005. The PATTERN followed my work life everywhere.

I followed the PATTERN.

The change that happened in me

But after 2008,

The benefit of working with wide range of people big setups is that, you get the great ‘VISION” towards everybody is working, and

Each one can bring their personal VISION to be part of that.

Which means

You invest only your time; which you in anyway do

You don’t have to take any risk

Still, you get an opportunity to serve, and to achieve your purpose, to earn credibility and become an expert

Leadership is all about empowering others to achieve more and more, rather than authority to boss the team.

Of course it is necessary to be tough.

As far as discipline matters.

You will not be distracted by comparison if you are captivated ny a purpose.. So True.

I was happy that I was working with lot of transparency and enthusiasm.

I was making a difference in people’s lives. Within my team too.

Additionally, I observed that I was able to deliver big results, which I never anticipated in the beginning.

I was amongst the 50 Chairman award winners in 3 consecutive years during 2013, 2014 and 2015.

In recognition of my work, I was sponsored with a study tour to CANADA.
