I hope everyone has the opportunity to take Monday off, enjoy the long weekend and recharge their batteries. Initially, I wasn't going to take Monday off as I like to get loads of work done on Holidays but I decided I could really use some extra time with the family.

1. On Monday we dropped the episode with Samual Timothy

Samuel knows how Sales & Marketing teams need to work together toward their common revenue goals. He founded his company 16 years ago and they specialize in demand gen. The most important thing Sam said was that you really need to get into the shoes of your buyer and understand their pain.

So ask yourself?"How well do I reallt undersatnd by buyers pain?"


2. On Tuesday we dropped the episode a solo episode

In this episode, I broke down a simple five-step play that we have been using to drive qualified meetings. This play focused on quality over quantity which is what I see really working these days.

Think about this "Am I showing up like every other seller trying to get my buyers attention?"

3. On Wednesday we dropped the episode a solo episode

In this episode, we talk about just being yourself in all your sales activities. Make the sale plays yours. Stop trying to act and talk like someone else. It's way less work to just be yourself and you will see way more success.

Ask yourself this "Is this how or what I would say?"

4. On Thursday we dropped the episode a solo episode

In this video, I cover some of my video selling tips and how to avoid some of the common traps that cause sellers to fail with their video selling strategy. If you are just getting started with video or have been using video in your sales process with very little success this episode should help you level up.

Ask yourself this "Am I confident with video and am I getting the results I want?"

5. On Friday we dropped the episode with Mike O'Kelly

Mike had a ton of value that he brought to this episode. He is by far the most knowledgeable outside sales pro we have ever had on Sales Transformation. He also dove into what is broken with sales training in sales org today and had some great ideas on how to fix it.

Ask yourself this "Does our sales training program need some improvements?"
