I found that comfort is my unhappy place, it has destroyed my ambition.

Overthinking Fears

The factors that hold you back include fear of the unknown, uncertainty, and failure.

You overwhelm yourself with uncertainties, and fragmented imaginations when you let "the how' overshadow 'the what.'

What happens next?

You feel discouraged.

You stifle yourself.

You sink deeper into that sofa.

Lack of Actions

You've lost your power as a result of your stuck attitude and frightened overthinking.

You haven't even tried to take the tiniest step toward your goals since the draw of comfort is significantly larger than the pull of growth.

I think the last 2 feed in to mindset. Because if you're mindset isn't positive then you're going to over think, procrastinate and delay taking action. But some really valid points
