1) We Make Our Customers Feel Special & Important -  Everyone of us has stress, frustrations, and trials we are facing every single day!  Believe it or not, but the US economy loses $83 billion every year just from poor customer service!  The way we do business here at Vern Eide is all about making YOU feel special, important and part of our family.  We go out of our way to make sure you are comfortable, relaxed, and all of your concerns, questions and complaints are addressed.  Some of the things I do for my customers is send them birthday cards, and call them every six months to make sure I am taking care of their needs even after we have sold them a car.

3) We Treat Our Customers Like We Want to Be Treated - Our customers here at Vern Eide Acura are blown away when they do not experience high pressure sales tactics!  They are completely surprised that we just focus on saving our customers time, money, and making the experience all about them instead of all about our "sales goals".  One of my customers looked at vehicles from Honda, Toyota, and KIA and came to our dealership multiple times and mentioned how impressed he was with the way we all worked together as a team.  Even after visiting our dealership over three times we never tried to pressure him into purchasing a 2016 Acura MDX, and as a result of being treated differently we made his decision incredibly EASY!
