Mom and middle bro left the house to take care of some errands.
Baby bro got on the bus.
I'm in the house preparing to drink water and eat a salad.
It's sunny — 37 degrees here in New York.
Let's talk about 3 reasons to think positive.
------------------------------
Thinking positive is important.
You focus on building positive habits.
Here are 3 reasons to think positive:
1. To develop an optimistic mindset.
When was the last time you spoke to kids?
Kids do this:
Any negative news is an event which passes by.
Speak to kids.
They can tell you how they think.
2. To practice maintaining a positive outlook on life.
I learned from people close to me not to beat myself up.
Working at a casino years ago, one event went wrong.
My office Mom told me:

"Don't get so down, Craig."
Here's the truth:
Things will go wrong in life.
Even things out of your control.
It's an event.
Take it in stride and keep your head up.
Every day is a choice to dwell on the negative or think positive.
Try this exercise:
Write 3 things you are grateful for each day in a gratitude journal or notebook.
Nothing is too big or small to write down.
For example:
You build a habit of positive thinking over time.
3. To bounce back and come back stronger.
I had posts over the years.
Some did well. Some flopped.
Here's the key:
It's how you bounce back and recover your confidence.
Think positive and be positive to make people feel positive.
Even a smile can brighten someone's day.
P.S. Do you think positive or negative?
