Reason #1: More Profits: Okay no surprise here. When you sell for higher prices you make better margins that contribute to more profits. Plus very few companies have been able to sustain a "low price" position in the marketplace.

Reason #2: Better Customers: Price qualifies your customers more than you might realize. The customers who pay $10 for a product are going to be the ones that whine and complain the most! But in comparison, the customers who spend significant amounts of money are surprisingly easier to deal with.

Reason #3: Psychology of Price: We've always been taught "You get what you pay for". If the price is not in line with what customers expect it should be, most will think there is something wrong with the offer. Let's not forget as a person believes they will behave.
