You've read your peers' posts on LinkedIn. You've checked out what the competitors and their leaders share on this professional social media network. You've even posted on your feed a few times and shared comments beyond "Congrats" on others' posts.
But, that's not enough.
Why?
In case you haven't noticed, Google's SERPs (search engine results pages) AI overview lately is serving up forums like Reddit, Quora, and LinkedIn content as some of the top results to questions and keyword search terms.
That means there's never been a better time to post thought leadership writing on LinkedIn that will serve the masses.

Here's an example of a search term that one of my LinkedIn articles is ranking on page one for on the keyword phrase "freelance branding."

I'm a regular poster on LinkedIn which helps me show up in others' feeds but I don't tend to see my posts show up in Google search results in the same way the articles do so I think (not confirmed) that they seem to be given more weight and relevance by Google. (Also possibly because they are longer?)
