Mom is in the kitchen taking care of dishes.
Baby bro got on the bus.
It's cloudy — 42 degrees here in New York.
Let's talk about 3 reasons to change plans.
------------------------------
I wanted to post this article to you yesterday.
Here's what happened:
My body felt tired after coming home on Thursday.
Didn't come home from work until 2:31am and didn't get enough rest.
My schedule changed and it affected my sleep.
Got home this morning at 2:05am.
Here are 3 reasons to change plans:
1. To make time for what is important to you.
When was the last time you made time for yourself?
Yesterday at 7:32am, I got a message from a connection.
He told me this:
"Ouch! Go get some rest, brother.
None of this stuff matters. Take care of YOU."
If you don't take care of yourself, who takes care of your?family?
Schedule plans for next week or?this week.
You deserve it.

2. To enjoy life today.
Last week, my co-worker told me:
"You want to have fun in life."
She's 63 years old.
You have a limited time.
Plans change.
Schedules change.
Your risk of trying new things changes.
You don't want to take your life for granted.
Try this exercise:
Write 3 things you want to do each week in a journal or notebook.
Nothing is big or small to write down.
For example:
You build a habit of getting out of your comfort zone.
3. To grow.
You can't grow without changing yourself.
It's good when you change plans to make room for your personal growth.
Here's the truth:
Plans will change.
It''s how you respond to it.
Prepare yourself.
Lean on your network or friends or family for support.
You grow when you choose to grow.
P.S. Do you change plans or stick to what works for you?
