I am sorry to inform you that there’s only six weeks left in this year. And let’s be honest, this week (Thanksgiving) is a total wash. This is the time of year when we all are trying to wrap up those final client projects, secure the project so it makes the 2024 budget, or just survive. Today I wanted to share 3 Quick Ideas for the Last 6 Weeks of 2023:
1. Do All the Follow Up
Need I say more? This is the time to make sure that you have done all the follow up with all the potential clients you need to. It’s also a great time to follow up with current clients and make sure that your goals and plans are set for next year. This is a PERFECT activity to do when it’s quiet next week…
2. Schedule Your Communication
Unless you are retail and have a Black Friday/Small Biz Saturday/Cyber Monday/Giving Tuesday email marketing plan, it’s probably not a great week to send out your newsletter. Pay attention NOW to when you should be scheduling your communication for the next 6 weeks.
3. Plan for 2024
What do you need to get done this year so you can start of 2024 strong? Is it setting up a follow up strategy ? Finally starting a newsletter in 2024? Having a monthly marketing calendar in place? Or maybe it’s a Mailchimp review if you’re getting stuck or not getting the results you want. What do you need to do in the next six weeks so that 2024 is even better than 2023?
