Coaching outcomes are in direct proportion to client learning.?

If you’re doing your job as a coach, you would then support them to?apply?that learning in their everyday lives, outside of the coaching session. Finally, as your clients iteratively apply and reapply their learning in their lives, and thanks to your consistent presence and active listening, they eventually?integrate?their learning which results in changed behaviour, and ultimately, a changed person.?
