3 Powerful but Underutilized Life Tools

I'll keep this blog short and sweet.

3 super powerful tools that have continued to pay dividends over the years for me include:

1) Cognitive Reframing

A psychological technique that consists of identifying and then changing the way situations, experiences, events, ideas, and/or emotions are viewed. Cognitive reframing is the process by which such situations or thoughts are challenged & then changed. Learn more here.

2) Creative Thinking

The ability to look at things differently, & find new ways of solving problems. Creative thinking skills are definitely not just for ‘creative types’ like artists and musicians. Everyone can benefit from creative thinking from time to time. Learn more here.

3) Design Thinking

Design thinking refers to the cognitive, strategic, and practical processes by which design concepts are developed. The 5 steps of the process include empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Learn more here.
