3 Powerful steps to create real momentum

Last week, I hosted a free 5 day MINDSET challenge (called Katalyst Kick Start) which was one of my highlights of the year with over 170 individuals registering ??. It was amazing to see so many inspiring individuals (who were strangers at the start of the week), make so much progress in just 30 mins a day.... ??.


Today, I have been reflecting on WHY challenges like this are so effective, and how you can create your OWN momentum in your business and your life ??.


The reality is we are busier than ever before. We find ourselves constantly juggling, and we rarely if ever, switch off ??.


Just think of a professional athlete for a moment. Do you honestly think they would perform at their peak, without reassessing whether they are on the right path & without factoring in some recovery time?


If you want to become the BEST you can be, I want to encourage you this weekend, to STEP BACK. To pause and reflect, and to consider, where you are living the life you REALLY WANT.


Perhaps for YOU your real goal is to have greater TIME or FREEDOM to do the things you love in life. Or maybe deep down you would love to feel truly happy in your business and to feel a greater sense of fulfilment.


And going into a new week on Monday, I want to share 3 steps to help you to create real momentum. 3 steps which will ultimately, help YOU to become the best version of yourself ??.


3 steps to creating lasting momentum:

  1. DECIDE - Make a decision that YOU are going to be one of those individuals that goes after what you REALLY WANT. That you are not going to make excuses. It is so easy to wait for the perfect time, or until you have greater resources!! The reality is there is never ever a perfect time to get started. Just take that first step ??
  2. COMMIT - Committing to your goals in front of others (ideally an expert coach or mentor), will feel uncomfortable, however will inspire you, to do what it takes ??. This is no different to working with a Personal Trainer at the gym. This will ensure you show up for each session, and when you go to the gym, you will work a lot harder. If you are not in a position to appoint a coach, then committing to goals in front of a community of like minded people is a great first step. This is something I invite members of my community to do every week.
  3. TAKE ACTION - With every goal and every commitment, the most important thing is not intention, but ACTION. Starting straight away taking actions towards achieving those goals - no matter how big or small. I often speak about having a 'Just Do It' moment - where you stop overthinking, make a decision and 'Just do it'.
