It is just 24 hours now until we embark on climbing the 3 highest mountains in Wales.
Myself and 3 colleagues are taking on this challenge for charity, with all proceeds going towards The Rainbow Centre to support children with Cerebral Palsy and adults affected by Strokes, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and head injuries
