1. "What if I succeed"

There is one fear that is seriously underestimated...

The fear of success!

We hear mostly about the fear of failure...

But I would argue that a lot more people are afraid of their success, especially coaches.

"What if everything goes right and I actually succeed?"

"What if I actually make that money?"

"What if I really become famous and my life changes in ways I cannot control?"

We fear change.

We fear the unknown.

No matter if it's for good, or for bad, change scares the living hell out of our Self...

Change feels like a death to the Self, especially a big change like massive success.

So we tend to play small.

We create unnecessary tasks, goals, and schedules to follow just so we can feel productive...

While in reality, that will never make us truly successful...

Clearing our Emails...

Creating content for social media...

Filming and editing videos that no one watches...

Endlessly tweaking our websites...

We self sabotage ourselves when we feel we are close to making a big successful change...

Like closing that deal...

Changing our systems...

Take a moment each day to visualize your success, whatever success means for you.

Feel into it, visualize the details...

Visualize how your day to day life looks like...

Your daily schedule...

The possible problems that might arise...

And see how this positive change makes you feel.

Where do you feel fear creeping in?

What is the trigger?

Is it your busy lifestyle, not having enough time for your family, the responsibility that comes with more money?

What is the trigger for your fear?

Once you locate the core of this fear, question it.

Does it have to be scary, does it have to be that way, or is your mind playing tricks on you?

Do you know someone successful that lives better than you?
