3 Main Elements of an Innovative Environment across all Organizations Worldwide in all Verticals

“Leadership is NOT measured by what you received from your people, but by what you have given them.

"Are you properly taking care of your Employees Carrier Growth & financial aspirations or YOU ARE JUST YOUR BOSS PLEASED personality" ???

“Never dare to play with your employees precious carrier as they are only the roots of your trees producing multi-billion dollars revenue for you”.

?

 What is innovation?

The process of translating an idea or invention into a good or service that creates value or for which customers will pay. Innovation generally refers to changing processes or creating more effective processes, products and ideas. For businesses, this could mean implementing new ideas, creating dynamic products or improving your existing services

To be called an innovation, an idea must be replicable at an economical cost and must satisfy a specific need. Innovation involves deliberate application of information, imagination and initiative in deriving greater or different values from resources, and includes all processes by which new ideas are generated and converted into useful products. In business, innovation often results when ideas are applied by the company in order to further satisfy the needs and expectations of the customers.

3 main elements of an innovative environment is articulated below.

1. First is autonomy. Talented employees value a sense of independence, the freedom to do their jobs without a suffocating level of management control. That, in turn, can help foster creative problem solving as well as true innovation—the greater an employee’s sense of freedom, the more comfortable they’ll be exploring all sorts of new ideas.

2. Next, is collaboration. Another benchmark of an anticipatory organization is an emphasis on collaboration. But, collaboration isn’t the same as cooperation. People cooperate because they have to; people collaborate because they wish to and recognize how collaboration can benefit everyone involved. A collaborative environment strongly contributes to a high level of innovation.

3. And third, reward the behavior you wish to see. How can you encourage collaboration without being too heavy handed from a management standpoint? If you want to encourage employees to look for innovative solutions to everyday problems at every possible opportunity, make it worth their while. Provide financial incentives, offer some free time at work to pursue innovative ideas, or create other incentives that help produce the innovative environment you want.

Organizations that actively encourage a culture of innovation have a much better chance of becoming an industry leader and creating game-changing products and services. But the same can also occur at companies that, in effect, take a more hands-off approach, allowing employees to lead the charge to innovate without overly intrusive direction or oversight.

Conclusion :

We would say this is an avia rara ... a rare bird. The respect and dignity are , perhaps , part of the few main ingredients a company need to use intensively in order to be the employer of choice and to be on a list of the best companies to work for.  The recipe includes real educated people , with healthy and straight spinal cord that read, understand, apply and ,again, respect the law. Treating employees with respect, dignity, and empathy is very much important nowadays.

In broader term, Client is also coming under employees as business is their customer or end user. Say, in a nutshell, employees are the roots of all organizations (across world in all industries & vertical), say, tress, producing multi-billion dollars revenue.

Employees are the arms of any employers. If employers make Employees happy, then automatically employers will get stronger and it inturns enhances Customer & business delights. Thus, it is directly related to PMR & CSAT ratings (key Pointer to run any project or business in any organization).

In a crispy way, it is about "not needing to reinvent the wheel" and what to do instead.

Simple and true! No matter the niche of the business, the focus is always on people !!!

In summary, be human, be authentic, be fair and constantly seek out new opportunities but most fundamentally, leaders are those individuals who give us hope when the chips are down.

All the Organizations, Worldwide, across all countries, in all technologies, in all Industries & in all Verticals need to consistently & meticulously abide by this "very simple but extremely powerful" Golden Rules & Holistic approach with immediate effect !!!

Yes, follow PDCA cycle as part of this continuous improvement Plan initiatives during E2E ideation. That's it . It is the basic thumb Rule of leadership & be AGILE.

It is the ultimate truth that well treated and trusted employees perform the best as Mr. Branson rightly highlights, i.e. employees are always precious asset & main backbone to any organization. They make your clients, customers happy. Proof of who sets this precedent within their organization, and builds in the policy and procedure to maintain it within their company is in the results. Repeat customers, financial performance, shareholder return, employee retention... That is the measure. It is all viewable in public information for investors and the public. Believe it or troll, does not really matter, results make the business sustain and it is always the key pointer.

So true . . Everyone loves to complain that there are no good employees "out there" . . and yet organizations / employers fail to recognize the value of their existing employees! Take care of those good ones you have!

Explanation in a NutShell

Studies showed that a happy employee will work harder to make the guest happy, where an unhappy employee will not try to go the extra step to make a guest happy and has a who cares attitude. We always loved it when servers came into the kitchen telling our culinary team how much the guests raved about the food. Thanking each and every employee by name, passing the praise down the line and not just taking all the credit as the Chef goes a long way. Jumping in to help the dishwashers on the busy nights for 30 to 60 minutes shows them you care and they are important, letting each of them take an extra quick break before you go home.

It's one possible good strategy. Happy Employees lead-to good customer services (process), which lead-to customer satisfaction and retention, which lead-to beneficial financials for the company. A viable causal chain and Strategy map.

?

"Innovation strives more where there is freedom and rewards than when people are neither allowed to use their initiatives nor recognized for any innovation done".
