Hi! This is Craig.
Hope you're having a great weekend.
It’s sunny outside and it's 32 degrees in New York.
Today, I'm going to talk about three lessons learned last weekend.
Are you ready??Let's go.
During the weekend, three lessons were learned.
Here are the three lessons:
Lesson #1: To not waste time.
Getting a haircut last week saved time and effort.
The barber is taking days off from January 9th until January 31st.
He returns on February 1st.
If I didn't get my haircut Saturday, it meant waiting until February.
Don't waste time.
Lesson #2: To relax and not worry.
When you worry, you stress yourself out.
To learn when to let go is a sign of true strength.
When I had matcha at the barbershop, I felt relaxed.
Not because it's been months, it's because there is a calmness.
A calm vibe of enjoying tea and enjoying yourself.
Start with having tea in the morning and see how you feel.
Lesson #3: To remain sharp.
Being on a?mobile phone helped me to deal with LinkedIn on mobile.
Each post in the feed helped improve how to type on mobile.
To be sharp tomorrow is to practice your skills today.
The more you practice, the more progress you make.
You pick up details and behaviors you didn't know.
Yesterday, I wrote a post about quoting a statement in the comments.
It's what you do every day which translates into results.
Analyze every detail, both known and unknown.
When you take the weekend to reflect and review, you gain new insights.
What is one lesson you learned last weekend?

2 年Thanks Craig. I think all of those great lessons you learned are directly related. For me, when I have time for myself, I go for a walk (which for me is relaxing), I like to use that time to continue my French lessons. Thanks for the reminder.
