Hi there - Hope your day and week are going well.
It's partly sunny and it's 69 degrees in New York.
Going to talk about three lessons learned in June.
Are you ready? Let's go!
------------------------------
There were lessons learned this month.
Here's what I learned:
Lesson #1: Slowing down helps you understand what's important.
When was the last time you slowed down in life?
Focus on what's important when you slow down.
You protect your time and you protect yourself.
Lesson #2: Keep things simple.
Every day is a fight to keep things simple.
Do one thing at a time.
Even if you have a million things to do.
Do one thing at a time.
Lesson #3: Get some rest.
More than one person told me to get some rest.
Here's why:
- To be at your best.
- To focus well.
- To sleep.
Focus on what you can do today.
To recap:
1. Slowing down helps you understand what's important.
2. Keep things simple.
3. Get some rest.?
Thank you for reading!
