This year had a lot of lessons to learn.

Asking for help. Personal growth.

Here are 3 lessons learned from 2023:

1. Celebrate wins when you get the chance.

When was the last time you celebrated a win?

Key wins this year include:

• Being a guest on a podcast for the 1st time.
• Becoming a Top Voice in Customer Service.
• Reaching and writing 100 LinkedIn articles.
• Being featured on LinkedIn News.
• Donating blood on my birthday.

You want to document your wins.

Each month is important.

No win you earned is small to write down.

2. Don't be afraid to ask for help.

Six months ago, one of my slide decks had low stats.

Here are the stats:

53 reactions. 43 comments. 1 repost.

It was so bad I didn't post a slide deck for 3 months.

Felt terrible.

Had high expectations and it flopped.

Until I decided to take action and asked for help.

The rest is history.

The slide deck with Jasmin's LinkedIn Writing Masterclass had these stats:

850 reactions. 640 comments. 70 reposts.

Big difference.

I learned how asking for the right help can get you unstuck in life.

3. Give yourself a pat on the back.

We don't do this enough.

You survived 2023.
