3 keys to reducing stress in your business this holiday season

As you may know, running a business ain't easy. ??
That’s why I'm sharing 3 keys to help you reduce the stress you’re experiencing between 52,184 apps, an untenable to-do list, and a busy holiday season.??
The 1st ?? to reducing stress in your business is to determine the professional season you’re in.
A professional season = your biggest focus area within a period of time that you specify.
Depending on your season, you may have an offer, and if so, it should be powered by a funnel, which is just a series of steps for people to take as they engage with your brand.
For example, a season of acquiring new clients needs a transaction funnel.
A research season needs a funnel containing a library, bookmarks, and analyses.
A podcasting season needs a funnel containing an application, a follow-up sequence, editing, promo, etc.
If you need to convince someone to take an action, you need to convert them.
The 2nd ?? is to focus only on one (1) funnel at a time.
If you need to convince someone to take an action, all the steps leading up to that involve smaller conversions--all of which make up a funnel.

And usually, you need to host what you’re offering online somewhere.
That offer should be the star of the show and should have its own landing page.
I build mine pretty quickly and make my offers compelling with just 4 essentials:
Boom: my offer is up, and a new part of my lead gen funnel is activated.
The 3rd ?? is to make it easy for a digital handshake to happen.
Whenever we need our leads to interact with us online, and they do, that’s a digital handshake; your visitor is basically saying...”yes, I want to do business with you.”
With your offer up, consider whether it feels like you’re extending your business’ hand to forge a bond and if it’s easy for your lead to meet you halfway.
