1?? Employees are motivated to grow for performance

It feels like we should expect this to be an obvious output for people, but it’s not always the case.

Ultimately, we all want to get better at what we do. It leads to satisfaction and the potential of better career opportunities down the line. Recognising learning as a direct influencer for performance can only be a good thing.

2?? People learn from people

Again, you’d hope this was obvious but it’s often not in the way corporate learning has designed their models to reflect that of the education system.

Despite all the fancy technology we think we need to build skills and performance. We’re still preferring to tap into the old human touch. AI is not going to replace this and it’s clear end users want more opportunities to amplify that human connection. All we need to do is provide those opportunities.

3?? AI is here to stay

Love or hate it, artificial intelligence is only going to become more ingrained into our lives and work.

L&D teams can play a leading role in the integration and maximisation of AI tools. This will no doubt change the experience employees have with sourcing, surfacing and consuming knowledge.
