Last week I shared that the incredible ADHD Masterclass has taken place. In the online masterclass, we got clear on what ADHD is and isn't, busted myths and looked at how as an ADHDER you can implement tools for your personal well-being. We also looked at some ways for workplaces to create a more inclusive environment for employees with ADHD, 2 simple ways I shared in the Newsletter were:

1 Ask all Team Members how do you work Best

2 Adjust to Different Working Styles

Exciting news Dr Shungu Hilda M'gadzah and I will be collaborating on an ADHD Masterclass for Senior Women in Corporate who have ADHD or suspect they may have it. Join us to learn more about getting an assessment, adjusting to your diagnosis and finding out what support you can get from your workplace through "reasonable adjustments".

Last week I reflected an important self-development question on building trust in yourself, so you can move forward with personal growth and reaching your fullest potential. It's complicated! I shared that to tackle these issues you need to start with these foundational issues.

  • High or Positive Self-Esteem
  • Positive Self-Acceptance
  • A positive Self-Image
  • A healthy relationship with FAILURE

3 All Change - The New Coaches & Consultants Mail-list is coming to an end

I'm currently in transition and I'll be focussing my work on neurodiversity in relation to supporting companies and neurodiverse individuals to thrive in the workplace. This will also include strategic career advice for all professional Senior Women.

To make room for this change, the New coaches and Consultants mailing-list will be coming to an end this week. I invite those Ladies on the list to join my Career Success mail-list.

I invited the Ladies on the list to consider 1 goal they were working towards attaining by the close of 2022 and asked them to reflect and rate themselves on 4 statements on 1 to 5 scale. 1 being poor. Check out 2 of the statements.
