1. HENGDA-M3133, CAS No.: 2530-83-8, is a bifunctional organosilane possessing reactive epoxy and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxy silyl groups.

Applications:

1. It is used as a size ingredient in the production process of fiberglass.
2. It is used as an additive to polyurethane resins used in foundry.
3. It is used in polysulfides and polyurethanes, epoxy resin adhesive, filled or reinforced thermoset resins, fiberglass adhesive inorganic-filled or glass-reinforced thermoplastic resins, etc.
4. It is used to enhance the electrical performance of epoxy-based electronic sealants, packaging materials, and printed circuit boards, improving the bond between the resin and the matrix or filler.
5. It is used in various fillers and matrices, including clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz, or metals such as aluminum, copper, and iron.

Reactivity:

1. In the presence of water, the methoxy groups of HENGDA-M3133 hydrolyzes form reactive silanol groups which can bond to a variety of inorganic substrates.
2. Examples of suitable inorganic substrates are glass, glass fibers, glass wool, mineral wool, silicic acid, quartz, sand, cristobalite, wollastonite, and mica as well as aluminum hydroxide, kaolin, talc, other silicate fillers, metal oxides, and metals.
3. HENGDA-M3133 may be used with such polymers as epoxy, phenolic, furan, and melamine resins, polyurethanes, PA, PBT, PC, EVA, modified PP, PVB, PVAC, PVC, acrylics, and silicones.

Storage and shelf life:

1. HENGDA-M3133?is supplied in 25 kg,200 kg drums, and 1000kg IBC containers.
2. The containers must remain tightly sealed during storage and kept in a cool, well-aired place. The product should be protected against humidity.
