Food is your fuel and medicine; we all know that...
But some foods contribute way more to our health and wellness than others do...
Here I want to share my top 3 foods that I eat daily to stay in shape and maintain high energy levels.
Here are they:
1. Blueberries ??
Blueberries are a powerhouse of nutrition!
They are incredibly rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber, making them one of the world's healthiest foods.
Studies have shown that blueberries can help reduce the risk of heart disease, improve brain function, and even reduce the risk of certain types of cancer.
They also contain vitamins A, C, and K, manganese, and other vital minerals.
Adding blueberries to your diet can be a powerful way to boost your health immediately.
?
2. Broccoli ??
Broccoli is an incredibly healthy vegetable that provides numerous health benefits. It is packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber.
Eating broccoli can help reduce the risk of many diseases, including cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
It can also help maintain a healthy weight and improve digestive health.
Broccoli is a superfood that is easy to add to any diet, and its health benefits make it an ideal choice for any meal.
Mom was right, eat your broccoli ;)
?
3. Beetroot ??
I know the emoji above is not a beetroot, but the closest one I could find lol.
This excellent root vegetable is a literal superfood. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and is a fantastic dietary fiber source.

Beetroot also contains nitric oxide, which can help reduce blood pressure and improve blood flow for training.
Additionally, beets contain potent antioxidants, which can help reduce inflammation and improve overall heart health. Consume it raw, cooked, or also juiced for maximum nutritional benefit.
♂? And for all the men, if you want to improve your bedroom performance, have some more beets ;)?
?
All these foods are a significant pillar in my overall well-being and health.
And now they should become yours too!
You see, everything that I teach and preach is about the power of real food. No meal replacements, no weird diets, or anything that comes out of a lab...
But natural foods that fuel our bodies most effectively and healthily possible...
Plus, this helps a ton with weight management...

1 年Beyond the nutritional aspect I would check the blueberries for pesticides concentration. Especially if bio, cf. the research on the most used bio pesticides (BT, spinosad). Ever wondered why nowadays bio fruits don’t look ugly anymore? Heavy usage of bio pesticides; with concentration levels sometimes more harmful than synthetic pesticides ??,

1 年Good compilation of powerful foods! Robin, while I just love blueberries, their astringent nature are unfortunately not too good for me and keep me away from my bio routine, so I personally have to take them not more than twice a week. In general I have to consume berries in a limited amount to avoid their astringent effect. Do you have any recommendation about how to keep blueberries in the diet and avoid that effect? (I already put a lot of fiber in my diet to try to counter it)
