Honey comb Formations have been trending for a while, but there are still 3 items that we must always make sure are done right for any formation

1) Do NOT Over Light : On any bulkier formation always consider with increase in number of fixture / Density there is a risk of lighting the space very bright, there are chances that the lux level might go all the way to 1000lx at a cafeteria and the design turn up to glare in a space where soothing light level was expected, just because the lumens O/P - Wattage of fixture was not considered and fitting was seen only from a design aspect. its recommended to do a basic Simulation to double check the LUX levels to finalize Lumens - Wattage of the formation. This has always helped us in avoiding any shocks after installation.

2) Precise Cut : The Formations are prone to have light leaks if there are Burs in the Profile edges / Acrylic is not cut precisely. Always ask for Linear to be precisely Machine / Lazer cut.

3) Avoid Light leaks : We make sure there are Zero light leaks by making permanent joints. Its always advisable that the lighting vendor takes up the installation of such formations to make sure such nitty gritties are taken care of.
