The 3 Factors Behind Home Pricing

Many people have announced that they see a slowdown in the market, and I’m seeing it here too. I’ve had to lower the price of almost all of the 25 listings I represent. One of those listings went from $5 million to $4 million, and even then, we accepted an offer under the asking price. It might seem simple from the outside, but understanding pricing is tricky, so I want to explain it a bit to you today.
